Lupita Nyong'o did not fail to impress again as she stepped out all dolled up in a Givenchy gown at the 45th NAACP (National Association for the Advancement of Colored People). The 30-year-old actress took home the award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture for her work in 12 Years a Slave.
